2007 TV List
Top shows of 2007 – in no particular order
- Kid Nation – Best reality series ever. Positive and hopeful in a sea of drunken, uneducated fucks wanting 15 minutes.
- How I Met Your Mother – Legen….wait for it…OK Terry I caved, best cast on TV.
- Pushing Daisies – best new show of the year and just fucking magical
- The Riches – Minnie Driver is one of the best actresses on TV cause of this show. Eddie is a genius but cant carry his accent a whole ep. Still doesn’t matter.
- Friday Night Lights – I want to draw a Saracen/Romo connection but it’s just a damn good show. Did anyone notice the lack of football this season? Still doesn’t matter.
- Torchwood – Captain Jack. That’s it.
- 30 Rock – Not on the list for my love of the Fey but funny and quotable. Once a day I remind people that I “Live everyday like it’s Shark Week” and that “Me and my wife like to play rape.” Alec is prolly the best actor on TV with this show.
- The Sopranos – On board late but still loved the last season no matter what people (Shawn) say.
- Heroes – While S2 was slow, S1 was awesome and the finale was great but…
- Lost – The season lagged and the payoff was the flash forward! I’m totally back on board and seeing the Comicon panel made me that much more excited.
Others…
Journeyman – Best canceled show of Fall 2007. I wish Sci Fi would pick up but that won’t happen cause of the strike. Stupid Strike.
Final season of Scrubs – so so. JD with a baby? meh. Though I am looking forward to the name for the Janitor. Unless it’s Jan Itor.
Andy Barker PI – Best canceled show of Spring 2007. Tony Hale’s return to TV was way too short.
Office – still great considering one of my favorite series ever is the BBC version.
Earl – Prison season is really good. I love Randy. There I said it.
The Sarah Silverman Program – Only on DVD but still love her.
Californication – faded at the end but it’s good to see David back on TV. The writing was good.
Life on Mars – Another fav series ever is the BBC version. Just fantastic! Here’s hoping the American version isn’t shit.
Entourage – Only on DVD too but works better for me.
Dr. Who – Martha slowly grew on me but dreading this Tate woman. Just glad David is staying on board.
BSG – only watch on DVD but still great. Razor however was not good.
Smallville – Bizarro was great. And then there is still Lana…
Boston Legal – cleaning house kinda sucked.
Jericho – faded with this but I will commit to final 6.
Beauty and the Geek – Best season yet.
Til Death – Hate the direction that Kat’s character is going.
Extras – DVD only but it’s Ricky.
South Park – Make Love Not Warcraft. AWESOME!

Reaper – 1 ep and I was out.
Bionic Woman – 4 eps and out.
Chuck – 3 eps and out.
DirtySexyMoney – 4 eps and out. Krause couldn’t save this
24 – but I’ll stick with the new season cause it’s Jack Bauer! and this will be the most missed show with the writer’s strike. Life – Like the main characters but the stories seem so empty. Sarah Shahi may just be the hottest chick on TV.
